Scope of these Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter "GTC") of the site "www.madeinbretagne.fr" (hereinafter the "Site") apply to any order of products offered for sale on the Site by the company Made in Bretagne, whose registered office is 08, route de kerlugerie in Riantec (56670), registered under the number SIRET 52141793100016 (e-mail address: contact (at) madeinbretagne (dot) fr). As such, any order placed by a person (hereinafter the "Customer") on the Site implies the full acceptance of the GTC.
The Terms applicable to the contract of sale between Made in Bretagne and the Customer are those in force on the date of validation of the order by the Customer. They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
Made in Bretagne reserves the right to adapt or modify the GTC at any time and without notice, the adaptations or modifications then being applicable to any orders subsequent to these adaptations or modifications.
Article 1 - Order on the Site
Product Order Terms
To place an order on the Site, the Client must be (1) major and (2) have the legal capacity to conclude contracts.
He is informed that the Site is intended to offer products only to final consumer customers. Consequently, the Customer declares that it does not buy products on the Site for commercial purposes.
Any order placed in violation of the above conditions and declarations will be considered void.
Ordering procedure
1- First step: Selection of products by the Customer
The Customer must enter and validate the identification and quantity of the products he wishes to order. The products will automatically be added to the "My Basket" section.
2-Step Two: Verification of Selected Products
All orders placed on the Site, prior to its validation by the Customer, shall be the subject of a summary table listing the product (s) ordered, their quantity and price. Before the validation of the order, the Customer can freely modify his «Cart» by deleting an initially chosen product, modifying the quantities ordered or by adding an additional product, all by clicking on the corresponding elements placed at his disposal within Its "Basket". The price of the products, as defined in article 2 infra, is automatically displayed in the "Basket".
3-Step 3: Confirmation of the selected products - Validation of the order
Once the Customer has completed his selection, he will have to validate the composition of his "Basket".
The Customer must then choose one of the delivery methods listed in article 4 below and validate the address of delivery of the order, it being specified that the delivery costs are displayed automatically.
The order is then confirmed and validated by the Customer by means of a click, at the bottom of the summary table and which constitutes - from the legal point of view - an electronic signature validating acceptance of the order and the terms defined by the CGV as A handwritten signature.

4 - Fourth step: Validation of the order by Made in Bretagne
The order will be considered effective and definitive only after its validation by Made in Bretagne intervening within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours.
Once the order has been validated by Made in Bretagne, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order placed on the Site and specifying the conditions and the delivery time, which can not exceed thirty (30) days. This email will be sent as soon as possible. The Customer must therefore provide an exact and active e-mail address when informing his contact details.
If Made in Bretagne finds an error or inconsistency in the information provided (for example: incorrect delivery address), the Customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone, as the case may be. Article 2 - Products and services
Only products and services offered on the Site on the day of the order, and - if any - identified as available, may be sold to the Customer. In the event of an unavailability of all or part of the products ordered by the Customer, Made in Bretagne agrees to inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as it is aware of this unavailability. The Client will then be reimbursed his order within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
Made in Bretagne is authorized to withdraw the products from the sale at any time.

Article 3 - Price and settlement - Billing
Price
The prices in force are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order. The prices are firm and not revisable during the period of validity of the offer indicated on the Site. They are indicated in Euros. Prices are "not subject to VAT" (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI). Made in Bretagne reserves the right to modify the prices of its catalog at any time without notice.

Regulations
The customer can pay online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard), processed by PayPlug, as well as by interbank or check transfer (for French residents only). If none of these payment methods suit him the customer can choose to pay his order through his Paypal account.

The Customer's credit card is debited in full on the day the order is placed or validated by Made in Bretagne.
Made in Bretagne can not be held responsible for fraudulent use of a bank card as a means of payment to make a purchase on the Site.
Regarding the payment of his order by the Paypal service, the Customer must fill in the form his username and password Paypal.
Billing
All invoices from the Customer corresponding to its purchases on the Site are available in the "My Account" section. They are kept for a period of ten (10) years.

Article 4 - Delivery and dispatch
Delivery time
The delivery times indicated are in working days and run from the receipt of the e-mail confirming the assumption of your parcel by the carrier. They correspond to the average delays usually observed and correspond to the time of shipment of the order, except the time of preparation of the order.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time and as part of its order, it being specified that this address may differ from the billing address.
The products ordered by the Customer are delivered in metropolitan France and in certain countries of the European Union, namely:

The delivery is also provided for the other countries of the world listed when the delivery address is filled in.
Orders placed on the Site on Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays are processed the next business day. Orders placed on the Site on a holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday are also processed on the next business day.
Damaged package
Any reservation concerning the condition of the parcel (open or damaged parcel) must be notified immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery in case of hand delivery. Late delivery

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal / conditions of return / conformity of products
Withdrawal period

Return Procedure

All returns must be made by post.
Limits
In all circumstances, the products must be returned in their original box or packaging. The products must not have been worn and be in perfect condition, without damage or alteration (chips, scratches, trimming of the bracelet).
Article 6 - Warranty / After Sales Service
Manufacturer Warranty
The products marketed by Made in Bretagne are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or operating defects.
After Sales Service
Apart from any special warranty, the Customer has the possibility to benefit from the after-sales service which is responsible for repairing the technical problems that have arisen after the purchase of a product.
Article 7 - Intellectual and industrial property rights
All the elements published on the Site, such as sounds, images, photographs, videos, writings, animations, programs, graphics, utilities, databases, software and other underlying technologies are protected by the provisions of Code of intellectual property and belong to Made in Brittany or, where applicable, to its partners.
